Alamo Gymnastics offers classes year round! All programs are continuous enrollment and require a written 30-day drop notice. You may place a credit card on file and a discount will be given for the following months your child is enrolled in classes. A 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing submitted to the Customer Portal or email. If this is not submitted to our front desk staff, billing will continue until a 30-day notice is submitted.
Tuition Policies & Automatic Payment: Tuition charges for the upcoming month are input by the 28th of the month, due and payable on the 1st of each month. Tuition is considered late, if not received by the 5th of the month and a late fee of $20 will be added to your account. If your account have been enabled with the automatic payment option, tuition will be debited on the 3rd of the month.
Families enrolled in our Competitive program are required to save payment information to their online account.

Class Withdrawal/Drop Procedure
A 30 day written notice is required to drop a student from class. Only written notification via email or through the Customer Portal will be accepted for the 30-day notice. You are responsible for payment of your student’s classes even if your student does not attend class including the 30-days after written notification. If a student stops coming to class without notification, we will continue to charge your account until a 30-day notice has been submitted.
Annual Registration
All enrolled students will be charged a registration fee of $35 per student with a maximum of $105 per family. September of each year, it covers all recreational programs and is nonrefundable. This fee is prorated beginning March 1, the student will bill in September at the current registration rate. There is no registration fee charged for camp.
First Class Refund
While Alamo Gymnastics does not offer trial classes, first time students only, may request a 100% refund of tuition and registration fees within 48 hours of attending their first class at Alamo Gymnastics Center. The request must be in writing (via Customer Portal) and within 48 hours of the first class attended. After the 48 hours, a 30 day written drop notice is required. This offer is only available once to students new to Alamo Gymnastics Center.
Gymnastics is a sport which requires regular attendance. You are encouraged to remain enrolled year round, most students attend 1 or 2 times per week based on interest and skill level. It is not unusual for a student to spend multiple months in the same level as some skills require time to develop strength and coordination to safely perform. Also, please keep in mind every student is different and will progress according to their ability.
