Girls Intro: This class if for beginners. Students will learn basic positions and exercises on all four apparatuses (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor). Intro classes are designed to focus on gymnastic terms and basic coordination.

Girls Level 1: In this class students ill build on the skills they learned in Intro level, increasing the amplitude and difficulty, and connecting skills together. Level 1 class is designed to focus on strength and active coordination.

Prerequisites: Pass Intro or Approved by Staff evaluation

Girls Level 2: In this class students will build on the skills learned in Level 1. Level 2 class is designed to focus on strength, flexibility and integrates coordination

Prerequisites: Pass Level 1 or Approved by Staff evaluation

Girls Level 3: In this class students will be introduced to skills of s higher difficulty, such as the back handspring on floor and cartwheels on high beam, It is suggested that Level 3 gymnasts try to enroll in more then one class a week in order to increase their strength and continue their progress. Level 3 focuses on integrated coordination and technique.

Prerequisites: Pass Level 2 or Approved by Staff evaluation

Girls Level 4: This is an uneven bars and conditioning-heavy class designed to polish Level 3 skills and to prepare students for the Competitive Team Program. We suggest students take both Level 4 and Tumble 3 or higher as they will not be eligible for the Competitive Team unless they have the majority of skills on all four events.
